Better Website Statistics far superior to Google Analytics

I’ve been using a new website analytics (Website Visitor Statistics), is is by far superior to Google analytics, it works the same way, you add a piece of code to the footer of your website or blog. These analytics track your visitors in real time so you could change things on your website immediately to improve sales or whatever. Just one of the features you can watch on a world map, the visitors that are on your site in real time, and can see what clicks they make all the second they click a link.

Another feature that is awesome is the IP Tracking, you can set a goal like a sale complete through PayPal, setting a goal not that amazing right. What is amazing is you can track any visitors IP for indefinitely with the version I use, or for 30 days with the free version, tracking an IP address means you can see if they have visited the site before and what they did on each visit. Helps keep me the best SEO

Here’s an example:

I just checked the history of someone that brought a costume on vassup.co.uk this visitor came to the site from a bookmark or direct address typed in the address bar, the first url they landed on was too long to have typed, so it had to have been a bookmark. A bookmark means they have been to the site before right… so I looked at that IP’s history.

10 days ago that visitor came to the site from link on a blog post I made.

they made 8 clicks, stayed 3m 43s, so they had a bit of a look around but they first looked at a product that was out of stock.

5 days later ago came back and checked on particular product, 2 clicks, they stayed only 7s, the product was still out of stock.

Today they came back and had a good look around, went to another blog the site has, came back looked around again, 18 clicks stayed for 17m 16s and brought the costume they had been looking at 5 and 10 days ago. After they brought the costume they looked at 4 more pages of other fancy dress costumes…

3 Hours after they brought the costume, they came back again 2 clicks, and looked at the costume they had brought for 1m 9s. Then I looked at another part of this analytics that track visitors and social media usage, this person made a tweet about the costume they had brought.  From that tweet 9 other visitors have been to site so far today.

Ok, for your voyeurs out there that would love to see website or blog statistics like this in real time, the site offers a free account for a single website or blog, there are certain limits, like you can only track 1 website,  tracking an IP, like I illustrated above, for 30 days rather than unlimited, but hey it’s free.

For the first 21 days you get a free trial of the Pro service, I upgraded from the free version to the super pro version after 22 hours, I loved the analytics so much. Now I I’m tracking most of my current clients analytics…
